OMG’s 2025 in Numbers
It’s that time of year again, where we look back on our achievements over the course of the previous year! It was a good one, with a mix of in-person events, socials and educational talks, not to mention a number of important open letters to businesses, in support of LGBTQ+ rights. So here we go with OMG’s 2025 year in numbers:

1 new website section celebrating OMG Alumni who have donated over a year of their time to OMG’s work
2 Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging award nominations, including a nomination at the Develop Star Awards and a WIN at the Inclusive Awards (technically the win was the end of 2024, but everything came through in 2025!)
2 New additions to the leadership team to increase diversity, representation and thought leadership.
3 additional industry initiatives including the BAFTA Pride Twitter Takeover, support of the Gayming Awards, Support of UKIE’s #RaiseTheGame.
