OMG Committee Restructure

At not much more than a year since we formalised as a Community Interest Company, we've recently been putting some work into governance for the OMG team. We've achieved a lot with our flat committee approach, but we felt it was time to add some structure to formalise our processes and help keep us efficient, accountable and organised.

The full committee currently stands at 8 members, and we have added three elected roles within this. We are proud to announce the roles and appointments as follows:

• Chair Person - Zoe Brown

• Vice Chair - James Dodd

• Treasurer - Ian Masters
